RISBDC - Developing Successful Negotiation Strategies Part 2
This workshop continues to build on the skills learned in Part 1 of developing negotiation strategies. We will look at very specific negotiation “tricks of the trade”, how to negotiate psychological land mines that are often utilized in high power negotiation sessions, and the development of strategies when having to navigate in conflict/hostile negotiation dealings. Make no mistake- these situations are very real in business today. Knowledge of techniques used in high pressure win/lose scenarios is critical even if you are trying to apply collaborative techniques to resolution.
