Global business leader N.R. Narayana Murthy, considered to be one of the fathers of India’s information technology revolution, will deliver a Stephen A. Ogden Jr. ’60 Memorial Lecture on International Affairs. His lecture, titled “Global Economic Future and the Role of Indian IT,” is free and open to the public. Murthy will discuss India’s national strides, its powerful new international position, and the role technology has played.

Design by Night (DxN) is AIGA RI’s monthly informal get together held the 1st Monday of every month at a local Providence venue. Event is FREE, unless otherwise noted.

Each month our goal is to provide an opportunity for creatives to join the conversation in 2010 to continue to build our local creative community. Some months we’ll have a theme, others we might have an out of town guest or feature a local design firm. DxN is an opportunity to chat with fellow designers and non-designers in a comfortable after-work environment. Everyone is welcome to attend and encouraged to participate.
