BIF - Networked Innovation
8:30am - 1pm Thursday, April 24, 2008
Ventures that overturn old industries or reignite established ones are often driven by underlying networks of individuals and organizations. The greatest challenges and opportunities reside with those who can see and build these networks first.
Join Andrew Hargadon for this half-day workshop where he will move between historic and modern examples and interactive experiences to provide a design framework for driving the adoption and evolution of new ventures. He will talk about how companies have prospered by effectively embracing new networks and what it takes to develop the organizational competencies for pursuing similar network innovations.
