As part of the Liberal Arts Event Series, Christian Bük, Canadian experimental sound poet, author and conceptual artist, will perform his Sound Poetry. Bük is best known for his "extremely condensed" reading of the "Ursonate" by Kurt Schwitters. He is the author of several books including Crystallography (Coach House Books, 1994) and Pataphysics: The Poetics of an Imanginary Science (Avant-Garde and Modernism Studies), 2002.
