Today's companies face opportunities and risks when they venture abroad, and nowhere is this more true than in the area of intellectual property protection.  Patents, trademarks and copyrights that are protected in the U.S. are not automatically protected in other countries, and laws governing IP protection vary by nation.  So how can you start to understand your IP rights abroad?  This Forum will provide an overview of patent, trademark and copyright protections in and outside of the U.S. and identify regions and concerns that are the most problematic for U.S. manufacturers.  So whether you want to establish contacts, export your product, or license your business overseas, you'll have a better idea of what it takes to get and stay protected.

A networking reception will follow the presentations.

This Forum is free and open to the public.
However, online registration is still required.
