Viral marketing is often discussed, but what about GENUINE referrals? This month, we're going to look at customer needs vs. the customer experience, and start off our conversation with a look at one company who gets it right: Apple. Perhaps you have your own experience you'd like to share, be it a restaurant, retail, service, or whathaveyou. Marketing through 'the customer experience' is the focus this month.
