The May morning meetup focused on SEO basics and was a fairly technical discussion, although most members were able to get some good information, judging from feedback. June's meetup will be more focused on business, particularly a discussion on how each of us is dealing with tough times, and what we are doing to get through it. Most members who have participated in previous roundtables of this nature take away at least 3 money-saving ideas that they put to use within a week or two.

Customer retention, service delivery, and other ways that each of us is using to get through these fun times will be a large focus of the discussion. We'll also present a couple of case studies, courtesy of American Express, our meetup sponsor, who did a recent roundtable similar to our June meetup.
