Small-business owners can learn how to access capital through loan-guarantee programs from the U.S. Small Business Administration at the Woonsocket Business Summit in the City Council chambers at City Hall, 169 Main St., on June 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. It is open to the public free of charge. Staff from the Rhode Island District Office of the SBA will provide information and answer questions. Representatives from the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, SCORE: Counselors to America’s Small Business, the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center and the Center for Women & Enterprise will be on hand to provide help with budgeting, financial projections, business and marketing plans.
