The Get Real series consists of lectures geared toward students and new professionals. Each Get Real event is hosted by an AIGA RI student group.

Ricardo Rebelo has won several national awards for film and video production. He is currently working on documentaries of Lizzie Borden and Azorean Immigration. Ricardo also teaches Film & Communications at Bristol Community College. He’s shot several films including Spatter Disco and Beyond the Duncwich Horror.
