The Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce; Bill Hatfield, Chairman of the Chamber’s Board; Providence Mayor David Cicilline; and Constance Howes, chair of  Innovation Providence Implementation Council will announce the second round of  investments in several initiatives that have been identified as promising economic opportunities to expand key industries and nurture the entrepreneurial spirit of the city and state.
