The Secretary of State’s First Stop Business Information Center creates jobs by making it easier for people to start and run businesses. The Center provides the small business owner and the prospective entrepreneur with a central location for the determination of which licenses and permits must be obtained and maintained by individuals and businesses conducting their businesses in Rhode Island.
