Personal health record and care management program

Launched in 1999 as Professional Records of Coventry, ER Card founders were joined by Angel Health Strategies LLC in 2007 to establish ER Card LLC and to further develop the company's operations.

ER Card stores patient health information in a secure database and gives healthcare providers anytime, anywhere access to the information.
