Gina [Lisa Angelo DiSpirito] founded GLAD WORKS in 1995, specializing initially in logo design, corporate identity and capabilities brochures. In 1999, IT Director Adam Harvey’s arrival helped fuse technology with design, in order to help meet the firm’s growing Web demands.

In addition to multimedia and web projects, GLAD WORKS' offers "technolog-e", an e-marketing platform including tools for direct email and newsletters, search engine marketing, and website optimization.

GLAD WORKS also develops a custom content management system (CMS) based on Drupal called Espresso.
