Ocean State Technology Corporation (OSTC) is an applied research and development corporation located in Providence, RI. OSTC R&D is targeted at improving human performance through information, simulation, and visualization - taking Human Performance to the Edge. OSTC is providing expertise in modeling and simulation (M&S), computer/video gaming, human systems integration (HSI), and visualization to the U.S. Navy. Additionally, OSTC has supported Navy initiatives - under a Navy Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) - focused on eLearning, 3-D and volumetric visualization, acoustic signal visualization, non-destructive testing, decision centered visualization, and tactical decision aids.
