Campus Guardian Corporation is a Delaware corporation, founded in 2003. The company has been developing personal security products based on patents issued to its founders and is now in the process of deploying its initial product, Campus Guardian Emergency Notification.

The founders, Michael Glier and Mark Laird have assembled an experienced team of senior executives, advisors and engineers. Together, the CG team has applied their extensive experience in law enforcement, security and communications to create and deploy the first product in a family of security services that will deliver increased safety and security to college and university communities.
