Panoptic Development is a software engineering firm headquartered in Rhode Island. Originally founded in 2006 as Public Display, we spun off as Panoptic Development to focus solely on consulting. Our engineers have a breadth of skills in software architecture, system architecture, web development, mobile application development, computer languages, databases, user experience / user interface design, and quality assurance. 

We've been building Ruby on Rails-powered applications from the get go, but we also have extensive experience with many other frameworks, such as Django, Drupal, and Wordpress.
