Polaris Medical Management, Inc. is a Management Service Organization (M.S.O.) formed by physicians in 1998 to provide smaller independent physician practices with the necessary support and expertise needed to effectively operate in today's changing healthcare industry.

Polaris provides technical support services to medical practices throughout R.I. and Southeastern MA. Our services include third-party billing, information systems support, contract management, and E.H.R. implementation, training, and support.

Polaris develops EpiChart, electronic medical record (EMR) software popular with RI primary care providers.
