Please be cautious about job advertisers that may use the interview process to learn how your current or past employers are innovating, gain your technical solutions for free, and generate sales leads from your contacts without the intent of filling a position.  There is huge competition for sales leads in IT and on-line advertising now and the competition is generating some very unethical behavior.
