Author and outside.in creator Steven Johnson returns to Providence on March 16 to discuss his latest book The Invention of Air. Reception and conversation will at Business Innovation Factory HQ on March 16 at 4pm,  60 Valley Street, Unit 25. 

In the Invention of Air, Johnson explores how ideas emerge and spread through a unique historical lens that retells the story of Joseph Priestly, an 18th century scientist and philosopher who played key roles in the invention of ecosystem science, the discovery of oxygen, and the intellectual development of the United States.
