Job Title: Web Programmer

We are a young, energetic, interactive full-service advertising agency looking for a freelance ASP Web Developer.

Responsibilities:
• Create robust, extensible web applications using ASP
• Create Javascript rich, Ajax, Jquery websites.
• Explain technical ideas and designs to peers and management.
• Review/create technical specifications. Review functional specification and work with the project team to provide technical solutions that meet the needs of the business.
• Manage work on an ongoing basis to ensure target, on-time delivery and provide continuous improvement and updates.
• Take projects from specification to end user experience.
• work closely with the creative and marketing department offering solutions.

Technical Requirements
• Proficiency in SQL and an understanding of relational databases and schema creation.
• Strong ASP skills.

Personal Requirements
• 4+ years of experience creating web applications with proven record of delivering software products with deadlines.
• Minimum of 4 URL’s and details about role of development for each.
• Be able to take a project through the entire Software Development Life Cycle with little oversight.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Results oriented mindset.
• Commitment to quality, customer service, and teamwork.
