Description
Fast growing mobile web platform (SaaS) provider, looking for an Account Manager to work in our Client Services Department. Initially this is a part-time, contract position that could easily develop into a full-time position in 2010. Reporting into the VP of Marketing & Client Services, this person will be primarily responsible for customer on-boarding and training, including account management for services such as mobile site development and design.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive “go-getter” that possesses excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking skills and basic knowledge of web technologies such as RSS. Prior experiences providing online training, customer support, and communicating technical issues to non-technical persons are strongly preferred.
Candidate must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a constantly changing environment.
