Noosphere Networks, a pre-launch Providence and New York City-based online media startup, seeks a web developer to help build & test its Python/Django/JQuery-based "conversation & content engine." In addition to actual development, this position will include a fair amount of unit testing and quality assurance work.

• The position is on the East Side of Providence
• The work will be overseen by the project's lead developer/architect
• The commitment can be between 20 hours/week and full time for a least a few months
• Depending upon the candidate, compensation will be combination of cash and equity
• The relationship will initially be structured as a contract but has excellent potential to become a permanent position
