We have a variety of projects with opportunities for a talented web producer. If you think Web Standards should be applied vigorously, tables should be used for dining and not layout, and that every misplaced pixel should be firmly redirected for the betterment of humanity we'd really like to hear from you. While in most cases final design files or existing guidelines are in place, a design background (or at least a strong sensitivity in that vein) is a must. Compulsive attention to detail is applauded. Familiarity with PHP (we use Drupal quite a bit) is a big plus; we also have occasional projects in .NET (DotNetNuke or others) so flexibility, intellectual curiousity and a strong stomach are required.
