DiJiPOP is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. This person will gain hands-on knowledge of the Internet advertising industry and contribute to getting a local Providence-based Internet startup off the ground.  This person will wear many hats and take on various tasks in supporting sales and marketing for DiJiPOP. 

DiJiPOP (www.dijipop.com) is a turn-key online ad management solution built for e-commerce. Our mission is to make it easier to create and manage cooperative advertising programs for retailers and their manufacturers, resulting in more advertising and product revenue.                                                                                     

LOCATION: 206 Waterman Street, Providence, RI office and from your home                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

Requirements and Responsibilities: Advertising campaign management support; Client relationship management; Sales prospecting - Email and call potential clients/partners to schedule; Research competitors, potential clients, partners; Marketing - Get DiJiPOP company information posted to online business databases; 5– 10 hours a week, UNPAID                                                                                                                                             

Skills required:

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Internet experience, Interest in marketing, advertising, online shopping/retail
