RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach daytime computer courses with possibility of travel to multi-campuses as assigned.
• Work with students in an electronic classroom to complete assigned material.
• Contribute to the development of curricula to keep pace with emerging trends in industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree required, preferably in a computer-related field.
• Experience teaching related courses required, preferably at a community college.
• Knowledge of traditional and object-oriented programming, including scripting languages and the .NET environment desirable.
• Familiarity with application development in a web-based environment.
• Relevant business or industry experience adds greatly to a candidate’s attractiveness.
• Ability and willingness to learn new computer languages and technologies quickly.
• Familiarity with instructional technology such as WEBCT or Blackboard.
