Description

Responsible for managing "first response" brand experience for customers by providing top-notch customer service and communications with a fast-growing start-up in the field of mobile technology.

This is a Part-Time position. Eventually could become a full-time opportunity.

Must have strong communication skills, a basic technology background, and preferably prior experience in customer service and/or technology.  Must enjoy working with and helping to educate people, have excellent organization skills, and patience to work with non-technical customers in a technical environment. This person will be responsible for the brand experience from the first contact with new prospects, through training and assisting with new site implementation, plus the ability to answer level 1 support questions, and host training webinars.
