Our mission is to connect people to improve their health.  We work with companies like CVS/Caremark, Cleveland Clinic, Medtronics to help their employees organize groups and intramurals, share plans and recommendations (recipes, workouts, etc.), and challenge each other to meet goals.  By harnessing the support of our friends, family, and colleagues we can motivate ourselves to be who we want to be – to eat better, exercise more, stop smoking, spend time with those we love, etc.  Our platform enables people and organizations interested in health -- employers, health insurers, pharmacies, hospitals, physicians, personal trainers/coaches – to connect with each other in a trusted social network.  Our platform enables communication and organization around health topics in a simple and fun way.
