Description
CCS Computing/CMIT Solutions of Central RI is currently seeking a knowledgeable Help Desk Technician to support and develop client/partners in the Central Rhode Island area.
Responsibilities will be to assess client/partner environments, support, troubleshoot and maintain client/partner networks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
- A self-starter with proven networking capabilities
- 2 -4 years help desk experience supporting and maintaining client/partner networks
- Strong knowledge of PCs
- Strong knowledge of wired and wireless LANs
- Experience using Microsoft Office

Certifications- It is preferable that Help Desk Technicians have one or more of the following certifications:
- MCSE
- A+
- CNE
- CMIT Solutions requires that all employees pass the necessary CMIT Solutions certifications.
Proper business attire is required at all times.
All employee are required to read and understand all company marketing and promotional materials as they relate to the sales of the company's services and products.
Background checks will be required for prospective candidates.
