Description: We are currently recruiting for a full-time inside sales person who will be responsible to represent our ConexSYS product. This product line and market focus is well-defined; we create, sell, and support HI-IQ, the leading software suite for interventional radiology. Our team is a tightly-knit, small division of UNICOM, located in Woonsocket, RI. PRIORITIES:1. Sell ConexSys products and services into existing and prospective customer base2. Create sales forecast and achieve sales goals RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Responding to in-bound leads and selling into current installed customer base2. Generating new leads through marketing campaigns and trade shows3. Working with prospects to identify needs, budgets, timelines, business benefits, technical fit and key decision makers4. Preparing proposals, arranging product demonstrations, tracking proposal status, creating sales forecasts, processingorders5. Coordinating yearly trade show exhibit6. Develop knowledge of customer accounts and understand customers’ needs7. Initiate creation and delivery of sales promotions8. Keep sales collateral and sales systems up-to-date and accurate9. Help identify areas for improvement in sales efficiency (i.e. further definition of sales cycle and how this can besupported through Support system, etc.)10. Provide feedback to development team aimed at improving HI-IQ for customers11. Attend trade shows12. Support team by completing additional duties as needed REQUIREMENTS:  Prior sales experience selling directly to physicians, with some  knowledge of radiology needed. Strong customer orientation Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Problem analysis and problem resolution skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills Strong team player Proven success in developing and maintaining client relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong motivation, initiative and independent work skills Working knowledge of MS Office applications, internet navigation and contact management software Marketing experience a plus
