Junior Project Manager

InsureMyTrip.com is a well-established and growing e-commerce business and we are actively expanding our Project Management team.  We are looking for someone who will be engaged in all aspects of the project management life cycle from concept to design to delivery.  He or she will be expected to work with stakeholders on new projects in all business areas.  Current projects range from basic maintenance of the existing web sites, process optimization, and internal tools to business development. Our work style is open, collaborative, and fast-paced.

We're looking for someone who can work with project owners:

• Gathering and documenting project requirements and deliverables
• Tracking and reporting project status
• Revising project plans, tracking and ensuring task completion
• Identifying project issues and escalating to avoid project delays
• Documenting project resource allocations
• Documenting processes and procedures

• Ability to take initiative
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to handle frequent context switching
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Some experience with Project Management Methods/Lifecycle
• Some experience or knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle

You should have at least a few years of working experience in a professional web or software development environment. E-commerce experience is a plus and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
