Position: The space will be ready for occupancy in March ’08 and we are looking for an individual who could attract new members and managing the day to day operations. In terms of payment, the individual would have rent free space. An alternative to this would be having an entity (made up of several individuals) master lease the space, and rent out and manage the space (keeping a percentage of the total income).

Details: Located in a historic mill space on the first floor the space (approximately 3,000 sf) has exposed brick, large windows and plenty of natural light. Outside is a quiet court yard with apartments above. Rent includes wifi internet, laser printer/scanner/copier, projector, conference room, white boards, supplies, utilities, snacks and drinks and the occasional lunch. There's also a kitchen bathrooms and plenty of free parking.

Near a bus stop and within 2 minute drive to I-95 and I- 195 Cost: Currently, there are two options: $400/month for a full-time spot with a dedicated desk or $200/month for a part-time spot (which means half-time or less).
