We seek a Managing Producer to join our Providence-based team of professionals. This is a key role within our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle with equal skill client-facing responsibilities as well as producing select projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as primary client contact through production cycle as needed
• Takes on producer role for select projects
• Assigns production team and talent to new projects
• Maintains close contact with project producers to ensure that projects are tracking to scope
• Coordinates action items when project scope, schedule or client needs change
• Provides budget tracking on a project basis
• Communicates production status with in-house colleagues

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years experience working in a video production environment
  
• Must possess a video producer background
• Successful track record of working with executive-level clients
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Highly-organized, solid team player with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and communicate effectively with external and internal team members
• Proficiency in MS Office applications necessary
