Overview

Andera, a rapidly-growing Internet technology firm focused on the financial services industry, is looking for a motivated and multi-talented administrative guru to play an integral role in the operations of the company’s 25-employee headquarters office in Providence, RI.

Responsibilities

Human Resources

· Manage HR processes including benefits, payroll, and 401(k) with outside service providers

· Manage new employee and employee termination procedures

· Coordinate foreign worker visas

Office Management

· Purchase office supplies and manage vendor relationships

· Coordinate staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards, office keys, and other logistics.

General Administrative

· Answer telephones and transfer callers to appropriate employee

· Meet and greet clients and visitors

· General administrative duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing

· Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences

· Assist company management as needed

Sales Coordination

· Coordinate sales leads

· Update and run reports from sales tracking system (salesforce.com)

· Coordinate tradeshow exhibitions and materials

Finance & Administration

· Management of A/R and A/P, including data entry in accounting software program

· Customer invoicing and follow-up

Miscellaneous

· Support staff in project-based work as needed

Requirements

· Excellent written and oral communications skills

· Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally

· Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university

· 2+ years experience in a similar role or environment
