Software/digital design firm seeks programmer

Software development/digital design firm seeks energetic, motivated self-starter to assume programmer role. The chosen candidate will join a young, committed – and fun – team to develop, test, implement and maintain application layer of primarily Web-based software systems.

The candidate must have the following skills:
LAMP Development Experience (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), including Object Oriented Programming/Design using PHP 5.
Apache/Linux server administration.
XHTML/HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
Developing for multiple Web-browsers and platforms.

Additional skills:
Flash/Action Scripting.
Experience with Red5.
Knowledge of section 508 Compliance.
XML/XLST.
Experience with patTemplate.

Strong research, investigation and evaluation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
