Infinite Campus Project Manager
Job Summary: The Infinite Campus Project Manager is responsible to transition a client from the sales process through implementation and then to support. The Project Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with assigned customers. JOB
DUTIES:
1. Provide project management leadership and process facilitation to education clients
2. Responsible for managing all phases of the Infinite Campus project implementation process including schedule and document data conversion, training and all other product implementation efforts.
3. Build and maintain a strong working relationship with key staff members of assigned customers.
4. Build communication channels between Unicom and assigned customers so that information flowing from to and from the customer and Unicom is promptly received and acted upon by the appropriate staff.
5. During the implementation process communicate customer concerns regarding training, state reporting and other issues to the appropriate resources and maintain follow-up to resolve the issue.
6. Maintain and submit accurate and complete district project management, training and implementation records on a quarterly basis in the format requested.
7. Review open issues and proactively work with customers to prioritize issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
8. Introduce new products and services to existing customers and assist with new customer product demonstrations and proposal development.
9. Assist with all phases of Infinite Campus User Group Meetings.
10. Be a resource for Unicom to receive business appropriate information about a customer.
11. Demonstrate positive team-oriented attitude in dealing with internal staff and external customers.
12. Attend scheduled Unicom meetings.
13. Perform related work as required.
JOB SKILLS:
1. Knowledge of K-12 school system management and documentation practices including registration, enrollment, scheduling and grade reporting.
2. Experience with a Student Information System including responding to district, state and federal reporting requirements.
3. Experience introducing and supporting technology change in a school setting.
4. Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
5. Experience managing multiple projects on-time and on-budget.
6. Excellent desktop hardware, software and connectivity technology skills.
