The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing requirements gathering, software development, testing and deployment of projects on time, within budget, to the specification established by Andera and the customer, and enforced through contractual agreements. To this end the project manager performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, business analysis, requirements definition, building test plans, coordinating all resources and stakeholders, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of all assigned projects. Qualified persons will thrive both in an independent and team environment, be able to take ownership of projects and complete those projects accurately and efficiently. You must also be able to work with various internal groups and teams and have the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Planning
· Work with customer and resources at Andera to identify customer requirements, and scope the effort associated with implementing those requirements.
· The Project Manager will need to become an expert communicating the features and benefits of the Andera product set, and work with the customer to implement requirements that can be satisfied through existing features.
· Plan projects in order to accomplish goals within constraints such as time, cost, and agreed quality standards
· Schedule tasks, deadlines, and milestones for all stakeholders and resources
· Identify schedule uncertainties and risks for both client and Andera
· Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Execution
· Run the project on a day-to-day basis
· Coordinate Andera subject matter experts, vendors, service providers, and clients to deliver milestones according to the plan.
· Coordinate communication between staff and third parties acting on behalf of the client
· Efficiently and competently manage problem resolution, e.g.scope-creep, changed requirements, missed deadlines, etc. Establish ‘go-to-green’ plans to bring the team back on plan, or create a new plan with the assistance of key stakeholders.
Project Experience
· Liaison between business and technology team members with customer-facing responsibility
· Track record of involvement in successful on-time, on-budget delivery of projects
· Ability to lead process of business requirements gathering and documentation
· Capacity to assess impact of customer and user feedback on project/product maintenance
Relevant Additional Experience
· Understanding of financial services systems and regulations
· IT and/or management consulting background
· Project management certification(s)

General Requirements
· Bachelor's degree from a leading 4-year college or university
· 2 to 4 years of experience managing the implementation of technology solutions.
· Proficiency with Windows, MS Office
· Experience managing client expectations
· Excellent written and oral communications skills
· Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally
