Essential:.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Analyst/Engineer testing web applications
• Proven ability to plan, develop, and execute test plans that cover all aspects of software testing
• Thought-leader that has demonstrated the ability to drive continuous improvement in test coverage / effectiveness
• Ability to accomplish aggressive goals and meet strict deadlines
• Comfortable working in an Agile / SCRUM environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Relevant:

• Experience with defect tracking systems and formal software testing methods.

• Knowledge of automation tools and/or scripting technologies

• Experience with RDBMS systems (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)

• Financial services experience desirable
