Job Position:  Sr. Database Developer 

Description: 

Creative, team-oriented database developer with over 8 years experience in building databases and OLAP schemas.  Proficient in Microsoft SSMS, BIDS, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS with basic knowledge in MOSS configuration.  Must be disciplined and self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure and with minimal supervision.  Microsoft certification a plus. Being a hard worker and creative are encouraged and rewarded and there is always opportunity for growth. 

Responsibilities include:        

Defining, designing and developing OLAP schemas and reporting models using BIDS and SSMS 2005.  Defining, designing and developing Data Warehouse and SSIS packages using BIDS and SSMS 2005.  Creating deployment utilities.  Documenting the project from conception to implementation.  Collaborating with analysts on achieving their reporting needs.  Leading technical and non-technical teams through development and implementation of projects.  Communicating feedback to stakeholders of any technology and schedule limitations.  Proactively conducting research on new ways to improve Business Intelligence for organizations
