Responsible for managing teams of software developers and qa engineers in the US and abroad.

Responsible for all aspects of software development including design, development and qa.

Responsible for dictating design choices and standards to software developers.

Create, track and manage work schedules for team members

Evaluate and leverage new technologies.

Work closely with the extended business management team.

Responsible for software development methodology.

Develop and review technical specifications.

Responsible for hiring engineers with necessary skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Related Major

Should have around 10+ years of Software design and development experience.

Should have atleast 5+ years of experience with C# and .Net technologies.

Should have experience designing complex enterprise applications.

Should possess good knowledge of UML and design patterns.

Strong knowledge of object oriented design.

Experience in data modeling, SQL development and performance tuning using Microsoft SQL Server.

Programming languages like C#, Java, JavaScript.

Experience with SOA and REST.

Experience with Microsoft .Net technologies like Asp.Net (webforms and mvc), Wcf, Entity Framework.

Scheduling Software experience such as Microsoft Project or Gantter.com

Strong verbal and written communication skills
