We at the Providence CIBER office are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter that will drive the hiring of top industry talent for our Information Technology Solution Projects.  Because of our strong growth we are in need of an additional colleague to help us continue to meet and exceed our clients needs.   The Technical Recruiter is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of CIBER.   The ideal person will demonstrate exceptional planning and project management skill with the ability to shift gears at a moments notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.  Primary responsibilities will be to generate candidates for our most critical and highly visible projects.    

Responsibilities: 

Major responsibility is to follow CIBER’s recruiting process for sourcing, qualifying and hiring of skilled Information Technology consultants to support the existing sales team in the delivery of technical resource solutions for new and existing client base.   

 Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of recruiting experience. Minimum of 2 years experience sourcing and recruiting individuals with information technology experience, preferably in consulting and information technology service industries.
  • Ability to source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, internet, referrals, research, relationships, etc.) 
  • Will need to develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of candidates and external recruiting sources
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding recruiting goals/quotas
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Commitment to professionalism and strong business ethics
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Customer satisfaction-focused attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to meet changing priorities a must
  • Strong initiative, self-drive and motivation
  • Must communicate progress to management and colleagues — coordinate ad-hoc reporting regarding recruiting progress 
  • Strong negotiation/closing skills and creative follow through skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
