UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERS  

Atrion Networking Corporation is looking for all Level Cisco Unified Communications Engineers for our Operations Center who possesses outstanding communication and client care skills for a team environment located in Warwick Rhode Island.

Strong experience with the installation and support of Cisco routing and switching solutions required. Ability to manage ticket queues and make prioritization and escalation decisions consistently, and in coordination with Service Level Managers, is important in this role. The right individual will possess an outstanding work ethic, positive attitude, and the desire to work as a team to continue to develop and deliver the best engineering practices in the industry.

The following technical skills are preferred:

• Knowledge of Cisco Meetingplace Enterprise
• Microsoft OCS
• Any Cisco Call Manager or Unity
• Microsoft Exchange 2007 UM
• Cisco Presence/CUPC
• Experience with MS SQL and other DB software
• Some development background
• Experience with Video Endpoints and Video Conferencing solutions
• Grace under pressure.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, both verbal and written. This person must be able to deliver the Ultimate Client Experience.
