Job Description
The VP of Engineering / Product Development / CTO is responsible for the strategic and tactical aspects of the Shape Up The Nation health social-networking platform. This person will provide the leadership and management necessary to ensure that the company has the proper resources to continue to develop a world class product. As a core member of the senior management team this role is critical to the growth and development of Shape Up The Nation.

Qualifications
- Web programming (Ruby, Python, or PHP) and database development (MySQL) experience
- Intuitive understanding of user interface design and web user needs
- Proven track record of defining, developing and implementing effective development plans
- Proven ability to effectively allocate resources, with budget and time constraint
