This position is a key role in the development and operation of the CVS/pharmacy Advertising department's web applications. Work as part of a small team developing creative solutions to complex and demanding business needs. Must have expertise with open source technologies including PHP 5, Postgres, MySQL, Apache, and Unix command line utilities. Must have advanced skill with Javascript and CSS and be able to design attractive and highly usable interfaces. Familiarity with MVC and object-oriented programming necessary.

Duties equally include application maintenance, keeping third-party software up to date, software deployment, user management, security and data retention. Provide support to team members, management, and end users. Provide clear, jargon-free instructions to personnel from a wide variety responsibilities and backgrounds.
