Position Summary:

The Center for Clinical and Translational Sciences Website Specialist will work under the direct supervision of the Center for Clinical and Translational Sciences Administrative Director, and under the general guidance of the Division's Web Developer, to develop new web-based resources in clinical and translational research. These resources will include online educational modules, an inter-institutional calendar for clinical and translational research activities, seminars, and other offerings, and updated content to the Center for Clinical and Translational Sciences website. 

The Website Specialist will also work closely with the Rhode Island Research, Information, and Technology Exchange (RI-RITE) to support the development and implementation of this initiative throughout Rhode Island. RI-RITE will enhance the ability of researchers to connect with one another virtually, create virtual laboratories where investigators can access and manipulate data remotely, and ultimately increase inter-departmental and inter-institutional collaborations.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer field with 1-2 years experience in computer programming/design, database design, or equivalent combination of education/experience; 
Demonstrated ability to multi-task; 
Excellent communication skills; 
Excellent organizational and computer skills; and 
Attention to detail
