Overview:This position would be responsible for leading the efforts by the RIFC to produce courses, attract exceptional instructors, attract students, manage enrollment and registration, and coordinate equipment, locations and finances to support the classes. 

Compensation:

• Travel and expenses will be compensated.
• The person in this position will receive free admission to any and all RIFC events and classes, including the 48 HFP and Holiday Event.
• Upon demonstration of profitability of the Educational programs, this person will receive 50% of net profit from the program. The specific definition of net profit will be set by mutual agreement. This calculation will be performed at the end of each educational cycle.

 Specific Responsibilities:

• Head educational committee
• Determine curriculum
• Identify components required for certificates
• Publicize course offerings
• Attract students
• Maintain student, instructor and course database
• Handle enrollment, tuition and payment to instructors
• Report on financial aspects of the educational programs
• Conduct feedback surveys after courses
• Provide introductory talk to each first class, tying the courses into larger RIFC context
• Managing lesson plans to ensure consistency in what is learned
• Select instructors
• Select and manage locations
• Select and manage donated equipment
• Select partnering organizations
