Investment Instruments Corporation (IIC)...has upgraded its popular Rentometer product to include more accurate neighborhood information to better take into account human living patterns. IIC is now working with Rhode Island-based NeighborhoodScout to incorporate neighborhood information into the online tool in order to make it easier for people to compare like-properties.

The information is available on the Rentometer immediately and will also be incorporated into the company’s iiProperty product, which enables owners and renters to better work together.
