MoFuse, a local company that builds and manages websites designed for mobile devices, has closed a partial round of financing, raising $1.27 million.

Angel investors Cherrystone Angel Group LLC and Angel Street Capital LLC, as well as the public Slater Technology Fund, have finalized their investments and an additional investor could push the funding to about $1.5 million, MoFuse CEO Annette Tonti told Providence Business News, signaling the final close for this round of financing as the end of January.
