The Center for Women & Enterprise, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women start and grow their own businesses, has announced a major change to its Andrea C. Silbert Rising Star Award.

Previously, the honoree was nominated by the CWE staff and selected by a volunteer committee. This year, all participants in CWE – anyone who has ever taken a class, been mentored, etc. – are invited to nominate themselves and their businesses.
