Cox has begun suggesting this week that its high-speed internet and mobile communication plans may become available in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Cleveland. The company has not mentioned any details on pricing plans, but have mentioned atleast one feature, which promises a return on unused minutes.

The service is currently available in several cities nationwide.
