RI high school students are honored for their cyber skills

The New England Institute of Technology Center for Business and Industry hosts the inaugural Rhode Island Cyber Foundations Competition Award Ceremony at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.

More than 90 high school students participated in the competition, U.S. Rep. Jim Langevin (D-RI) said in a press release. Langevin said he "brought together local education and technology organizations to start the competition as part of his effort to train a workforce than can maintain our security against dangerous cyberspace threats."
