Toymaker Hasbro Inc. announced Wednesday that it's reorganizing its games business, moving approximately 70 marketing and game development employees from Massachusetts to Rhode Island.

In addition, the company is laying off about 75 Massachusetts employees by the end of the year. Company executives are in meetings Wednesday with employees at its factory in East Longmeadow, Mass., spokesman Wayne Charness said Wednesday.
